About 41st

41St Street Pub & Aircraft Sales is a classic neighborhood bar featuring Birmingham’s only shuffleboard tables. 41st offers a clean, fun and stylish environment perfect for enjoying a few drinks and having something to do other than stare at a TV or listen to live music (we do not have live music). We also have dartboards and even offer couch seating with coffee tables and a few board games available. Come in and enjoy one of our 40+ selections of beer, top-shelf cocktails, or the house favorite Moscow Mule. Really.

 Sports & 41st:

Looking for a place to watch Football in Birmingham? We show Alabama and/or Auburn games on Saturdays on our 106″ “Pubmotron”, a 72″ 4k screen, and other games on the other 5 screens around the bar. We even provide free chicken wings from Rowe’s Service Station (first come/first served…get it while it lasts) and a $2.50 beer special during AU or AL Football! We continue to play other games on the TVs but the big screen is generally retracted after the local game(s) is over. Also, while we can always accommodate requests of a group, our normal house music is played over evening games instead of listening to Verne brainlessly comment. We love college football, but 41st is more than just a sports bar.

Other big sporting events can also be shown…..we’re huge fans of curling.

Looking for a place for your next event?

Looking for a party place or event space? We offer private event space in the heart of Avondale and we can also accommodate smaller groups in the pub on almost any night of the week. Give us a call or send us an email on the “Private Events” page.

 Food:

Yes, you can absolutely bring food in to the pub! In fact, we encourage it. For your party or just for dinner or a late night snack. While we don’t serve food in house, there are a number of places that deliver to the pub. Try our sister bar, Rowe’s Service Station, or maybe some Chinese or pizza (from a number of places, including Post Office Pies right across the street), subs, salads, or BBQ from SAW’s down the street. Ask your bartender for a menu!
